DOCUMENTED SAFETY & TECHNICAL STANDARDS TRAINING

We have a Quality Assurance team that includes a safety manager, area trainer and a staff of dedicated Quality and Safety Assurance Technicians. The teams conducts both live and field QA calls and are responsible for repairing non- compliant work. All findings are reviewed by both the safety manager and area trainer with all training needs addressed at our weekly documented ongoing safety and technical standards assurance training meeting. This ensures we are up to date with all safety and system requirements.
 

Field Supervisors are assigned at a 10 to 1 ratio and are also responsible for both live and field QA calls on a daily basis to ensure we are able to meet or exceed customer expectations.
